Hva er tilsyn?
Oversee the most important job of the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority, which must make sure that companies comply with the requirements of the working environment regulations, while at the same time providing guidance on how laws and regulations must be followed and enforced.
Inspections are carried out both to ensure that a workplace does not pose any physical danger to employees, and to check that the employer, in collaboration with the employees, takes sufficient measures to prevent employees from becoming injured or ill.
